Ron Arad

Israeli-born industrial and furniture designer and architect, Arad studied at the Bezalel Academy of Arts Jerusalem in 1971 before moving to London in 1973 to train at the Architectural Association (AA) under renowned architects Peter Cook (Archigram) and Bernard Tschumi. Graduating from the AA in 1979, he went on to establish One Off, a retail space in Covent Garden through which he could sell his design work.
